Returns and Refunds

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original packaging.

A 10% return fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

If the product has an issue, we will first arrange repair. If the issue cannot be resolved through repair, we will arrange a replacement. If a replacement cannot be provided, we will issue a refund.
